Subject: Some reports from Germany

I have been asked about reports from Germany. Here are a few found in my files so far, but I might have more. I have not have time to edit them very well yet, so forgive the rather many orthographic errors and somewhat messy appearance.

Boy East Germany full inspection and testing in all body areas from 9yo - 20yo

I am male. It happened in Western Europe. 1970-1979 1980-1989 1990-1999 every year from 9 to 20 year old or more. I was only told that i would have a medical exam no details where disclosed while i was still a child of course with each of these very thourough exams i suspected i was having another one again.


In a bus in group from our school. At a room in the school that was preliminary prepared for the event. All children in my school of the age group. East germany but i am not aware if it happened in other regions there too.

Preparations before the exams:

I was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. I got laxatives at home to clean out my stomach the day before the exam. They washed my body before the exam. I got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach. I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. They placed me upon something like a dentist's chair but with devices to lift my legs onto. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up spread and mounted upon two devices. I got IVs tubes into blood vessels in an arm. I got IV tube into blood vessels in a leg. I got a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in my blood. I got a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a leg.

I got electrodes on my cheast on my stomach or hip regionamd on my head. I got a tube or wire in through my urethra a tube or sond in through my anus. For some parts did not get any anesthesia. I got some numbing and lubricating cream injected into my urinary opening and into my anus. For some parts I got anesthesia that made me relaxed but I was conscious.

The relaxing medicine did not take away any of the pain it made it impossible to move around though. I remember my arms and legs felt very heavy and that i tried moving them but could not do so although i was not restrained on the dentist-chair.

The doctors never described what they were about to do was not really necessary since i usually got the relaxant-anesthesia so i was unable to resist anyway - although i never would have resisted. I was raised to obey my elders as were my friends.


Examination with external equipment:

They performed an EEC (electroencephalogram) - functional test of the brain with electrodes on the head. They performed an ECG functional test of the heart function with electrodes on my chest and other body areas. They performed an analysis of my breathing and oxygen uptake where I had to breath into a tube. I had to do some physical work like cycling or running on a threadmill when the ECG and breathing analysis was performed.


They examined my head or neck my upper body my stomach area my shoulder area with my hip area my arms and legs with an ultrasound device or something similar.

They x-ray pictures of my cheast stomach shoulder area hip area and of my limbs.

They used electrodes to record functions inside my head. They used electrodes at my chest at my belly and at my limbs to record body functions.


They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device. They had electrodes at my genitals to record functions in this area.

Internal inspections:

They ispected the inside of my nose with a scope. They took specimens from my nose with a tube. They inspected the inside of my throut with a scope amd took specimens from my throut with a tube.

They inspected the inside of my urethra and bladder with a scope and took specimens from my urethra and bladder with a tube.

They inspected my anus with a speculum. They took specimens from my anus with a tube. They inspected me through my anus with a rigid scope. They performed a full colonoscopy with a flexible scope. They inspected me through my anus with an ultrasound probe. The doctor explored my anus with a finger.

Surgical procedure performed during the exam whan I was 13:

I was circumcised in that position when i was 13 years old. I was still not-retractable at the time but the year i was 13 i got a new doctor doing the exam and he was not happy with me and 2 of my classmates being unretractable so he gave us 3 very low and very very tight cuts and removed the frenulum on each of us. All 3 also had a meatotomy done - optical a very pleasing result my parents were happy about it.


Arrangements after the exam:

I had breathing tube. I had IVs into blood vessels. I had electrodes on my head. I had electrodes on my body. I had catheter into my bladder. I had a tube going in through my anus. I lay with my legs in stirrups some time after the exam.

I and the other 2 boys from my class were taken back to the doctor about 1 week later to have the sutures removed and the circumcision examined the doctor also did examine the anus of us 3. Also the catheter we boys had still in our urethas was changed (pulled out and a new one inserted) The catheter i had in my uretha was keept in there for 2 weeks i believe it was mostly there to keep the meatotomy from growing together again.

Thes scool I attended:
I attended ordinary daytime school. I went to an evening or weekend gymnastic school.

COMMENTS
This seems to be another example from an international project where all body regions of kids are inspected and tested at several age levels. Even though theese projects probably are administered in America and UK, Soceties in East Germamy higly likely let their kids be used as objects in the projects mith economical compensation. Such cooperation with Western medical industry and authorities is a historic fact.

It seems like this boy got medication that paralyzed the muscles in the body and got artificial ventilation at least during some of the exam time. Possibly he also got general anesthesia but that this anesthesia did not manage to put him to sleep which sometimes happen.

Again they used a dentist-chair-like device to place the kid onto that makes all body openings available for easy use.

It seems like this boy underwent a series of surgical adjustments in his pelvic region not only circumcission and meatotomy. The muscle relaxant breathing tube use of stirrups and long time use of catheter point to that. Kids attending gymnastic schools fairly frequently undergo such adjustments to make them more flexible.

Boy, Germany, 15-20yo, used in project to study intimate aspects of development

I am male. It happened in Western Europe, Germany 1993-2003, 14 years old 15 years old 16 years old 17 year old 18 years old 19 years old 20 year old or more.

After my regular medical checkup 14yo with my doctor my father had been angry it was not sufficient. So he decided me to be checked by another doctor really complexly at home. I was told I'll miss school and had wait in bed until doctor comes. It happened every year until I left parents' place. The exam occurred at home.

Not sure if other parents arranged the same for their children.

When I was 18yo I wanted to skip but my father insisted I had to have this exam. Maybe I was included in some scientific study.


PREPARATIONS

They paced me upon a simple examination table. I was placed to lay on my back with streight legs. I was placed to lay on my stomack with streight legs. I was placed to lay on my stomach with my legs flexed down and spread. I was placed to lay on my right side.

I got a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in my blood. I got a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a leg.

I got electrodes on my cheast. I got electrodes on my stomach or hip region. I got electrodes on my legs. I got a tube or wire in through my urethra. I got a tube or sond in through my anus. I did not get any anesthesia.

Day before I was told to keep my first pee in glass. Once doctor came I had to take a shower. After that I came downstairs where doctor had simple table (like massage one). I put my towel out and during whole exam I was naked.


THE EXAM AS IT PROCEEDED

Was weighted and measured (many measures had been taken). Then he took my blood specimen. Then I could take small breakfast (still naked) and head to toe started incl ECG.

There was special attention to my penis and anus. Sometimes my father helped doctor to fix my position. When I moved too much I was restrained.

After that I was told to have 10 min activity (naked) and some measurements were repeated. I had to take another pee specimen in front of doctor and father.

The next stop was naked exercise 30 minutes on running station and all measurements repeated. After some break 30 minutes naked on rotoped and again the medical measurements repeated.

When we had sauna (17yo and later) I was sent to sauna got cold shower and my corporal functions have been measured again.

At the 1st stage I was fingered until I ejaculated.
At the end I had to masturbate in front of both doctor and father until ejaculation.

First year doctor helped me by his hands. Doctor took many specimen from the exam.

Doctor performed all type of exams which are possible outside of hospital. More than half time it was in anus/penis area - he used lights on those organs, then many special liquids were applied, and specimen taken.

After arrangements I had to lie on the table with hidden eyes and doctor and father had some talk about my healthy including my father's view to my sexual life.

After half our of resting doctor had talk with me (I was still naked). I was attached to some kind of true detector. He asked me to many details including sexual life. He wants me to show him how I masturbate or making love (on figurine). He took many notes form each exam.

During this I ejaculated third time during the exam either by masturbation or by sex simulation with figurine. Finally some electrodes were attached to my whole body (including anus and penis) and I believe electro shocks have been applied. After then some measurements and exam have been repeated. I had to stayed uncovered until doctor packed all his staff.

Then I got feedback from father. Procedures took until noon or so - we had launch after them I took it still naked.

THE SCHOOOL I ATTENDED

I attended public boarding school. I went to some other type of school. Later I was on university .


COMMENTS

The boy was definitely used in a project with the purpose of study all aspects of the bodily, sexual and social
development of teens and young adults, and screen for health problams in that age group. The projects was probably a part of a greater international program in which German authorities participated and of which they also had the interest in the results.

These programs study all parts of the body of the young people, but they are particularly interested in the anatomical and functional development of the genitals, urinary system and lower digestive system, and the development of mental functions connected with this body area, and in screening for health problems in the intimate body areas.

But it is possible that this prticular doctor or team twisted the procedures in a way to gratify own sexual dezires too, and that not all tald about was a part of the program.

The parents of father probably got money for letting his son participate. The father may initially have been concerned for the health of the boy and particularly for his intimate health, and search for somebody that could give a more thorrough physical than that offered regulartly, and thereby got directed to this project, possibly by the school health service.

Boy, western Europe, (Germany?) yearly pelvic exams, surgeries and adjustments

I am male. It happened at schoolage 6-9, as preteen 10-12, as early teen 13-16 and as late teen 17-20. The procedure happened in western Europe, in the years 1960-1969.

I was not given information about what they did. I was never told what kind of procedure they would do before, but learned about it a few years later.

The procedure occured at a health center. I was not told anything about the ordeal, except tht they just told that i had to have a medical exam. I and the other boys from my class where driven with a bus from the school to the health centre, I believe I heard the doctors discussing that they had to do another test on me because the results were not conclusive, but i dont remember about what results they were talking about.

THE PROCEDURES AND EXAMS I REMEMBER

I had apendicectomy, tonsillectomy or adenectomy, circumcission and adjustments at my scrotum. I had cystoscopy or other procedure through my urethra, and exams and procedure through my anus. My circumcision and apendectomy happened when I was 13, other things happened when I was younger and older.


THE ANESTESIA I GOT

They gave me sedative medicines through my anus. I was given medication intravenously. I remember that i did get some sort of medicine that made me unable to move my body but did not take away any sensation (yes that includes pain)

While I was circumcised i was awake and felt it but could not move, the doctors watched my facial expressions but did not care. They made notes in a file about my reactions.

DETAILS OF THE SURGERIES THEY DID

I was circumcised while under the influence of the paralyzing medicine and only got another shot that made me sleep after that was done. When I was asleep I had the apendectomy. When i woke up i had a bandage on my stomache, a light bandage around my penis and a bandage on my scrotum - once healed my scrotum was much tighter then befor my circ but it still contained both my testicles.

DETAILS I REMEMBER ABOUT THE EXAMS

yes i remember 3 doctors (2 younger looking) giving me a rectal exam with their fingers, the older doc had one finger in my anus and one of the younger doctors had one finger in too. I believe the older doctor showed them where to locate the prostate, I think but cant be sure of course.

One time i woke up a young doctor was still using some sort of probe inside my anus i feelt very stretched open and it felt very cold, when he removed the items i saw (what i now know was) a speculum and a ultra-shall-device.

SYMPTOMS AND ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE PROCEDURE

I had pain, irritation or other problems in my urethra or bladder. I had slime, bleeding, discharge or rest of lubrication coming out of my urethra. I had pain or irritation in my anus or rectum. I had pain, irritation or gas in my colon or lower stomach.

A tampon or other object being left in my anus. When i woke up i usually had a catheter in my uretha going into my bladder. I usually was still on a table with my legs in stirups. On two occasions when i woke up i still had a tube or something in my anus.

Yes i had a IV-tube in my arm, yes i had a breathing tube in my mouth on two occasions when i woke up. I always had a catheter in my bladder when i woke up but i was just connected to a bag.

I remember i had a tube inside my anus that was connected to a machine that hat water flowing in and like sucking it out again a few times, on other times it was just a passive tube. My uretha and anus always were irritated or had a burning sensation after such exams.

My dad loved the way i was circumcised, He often called me his little boy - most likely because I had no visible shaft left while flaccid after i was circumcised.

I should probably add that my dad was raised catholic, for him masturbation was a sin so I understand that he saw my new look as something good for me.

yes i had electrodes on my chest. I did get my temperature taken multiple times, always taken rectal.

COMMENTS

It seems like all boys at the school where he want or at his community had a throrrugh pelvic exam at specific age levels or perhaps each year. At least at some times this included a cystoscopy through the urethra and sigmoidoscopy through the anus.Some communities or some schools have a long history of subjecting boys to such checkups. Usually girls will be subjected to similar ordeals in these societies.

There is a logic in doing such exams on boys, because certain abnormalities that can cause problems later often occur in the genital region, urathra, prostate region and bladder of boys.

Boys where some deviations were found seemed to have been subjected to more thorrough and frequent exams, and pelvic surgeries and adjustments, like this experiencer.

Based on a word used, ultra-schall, it seems that this ordeal happened in Germany.

The account given, especially that about paralyzing medication and breathing tube, suggest that the boy at two times first was given medicine to sleep in his blood stream, then given gas, got a breathing tube with artificial brething and paralyzing medicines. Other times he probably only got anal anesthesia to get relaxed and drowsy, and then anetshesia through the blood stream. But the anesthesia, did not work well, so that he was conscious and felt pain sometimes.

It seems that the doctors also each year adjusted his anus and lower colon, urethra and possibly the channels up to his kindeys. This was most probably done by tube-like balloons that were pumped up and inflated.

The thing reported as an ultrasund device (ultra-shall) was most probably a rigid sigmodidoscope or a long thick balloon that could be pumped up, since this ultra-sound equipment was not invented at that time yet.

It also seems that the boys were used as instruction objects for medical students or doctors under specialization.

I am a male. I was a school-aged child. Year 1980 - 1989. In western Europe.


OVERVIEW OF THE ORDEAL

I was examined in a hospital. They examined my head teeth or jaws. They did an orthopedic exam. They examined my genitals. They inserted instruments into my mouth. They inserted instruments into my urinary opening. Dilatoren Katheter, Forskin Dilator .

They performed a neurologic exam with electrodes on my body. They performed an electrocardiogram of my heart. They performed a exam with electrodes on my head. They performed a full functional test of my breathing heart and blood circulation under workload.

They performed a psychological exam. They took x-rays of the examined areas. They took ultrasound pictures of the examined areas. They scanned the examined areas after injection of a radioactive isotope or contrast fluid.

PREPARATIONS

I was given pain-killing or sedative shots. I was naked at the examined body parts and at my genital/rectal zone but elsewere clothed. My positions during the exam: Childs Gyno Chair



EXAMINATION IN THE URINARY SYSTEM

They used a catheter to collect urine Urinary Bag and fill Bladder They used a caheter or tube to take specimens from my urinary system. Stent Katheter or Dilatoren. They inserted a special catheter or tube to measure something inside my urinary system. 3 Way Katheter. They inserted a scope to look into my bladder. Riged Zystoscope.

GENITAL EXCAMINATION

I also remember some othetr things that were done these were: Vas deferens tested for consistency They palpated my outar male genitals and testicles. They slid down my foreskin and spread my urinary opening. They perormed a ultrasound exam on my genitals including my testicles. They collected a semen specimen with instruments inserted into my penis. They collected a semen specimen by means of prostate massage through my rectum. They examined my my prostate with an ultrasound sond into my anus. They palpated my prostate with a finger into my rectum. They let me masturbate to collect a semen specimen.


EXAMINATION OF THE LOWER DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

They examined my rectum with an inserted finger. They took specimens from my rectum or bowel with some tube-like instrument. They took some measurements inside my rectum or bowel with a long tube-like instrument. They performed a full colonoscopic exam of my entire bowel.


SYMPTOMS AND ARRANGEMENT AFTER THE ORDEAL

I had strane irritation in my urethra and bladder zone as if this body part had been secretly examined. They catheterized me without any good purrpse as I could see. Medication as follow-up please specify: Creme or Pills for Ureheta / Penis



REASON AND JUDGEMENT

What do you think was the reason for this exam? Problems with prostata and seminal vesicles. I was called in for quite another thing but they also examined my genital and urinary zone. Ortopedie

COMMENTS

This is a standardized comprehensive examination procedure used on children and teens all over the world, but seldome spoken about. It is used to assess the development and detect problems, especially in the intimate zone. It is also used for research. The procedure and sampling of results seems to be internationally coordinated. In selected communities around the world all kids, or a random sample, are called in for the procedure at certain ages, especially the preteen period.

It is possible the reson for this boy were problems in his inner genital organs. But it is also possible many children were called in, and some problems were detected for which he got medication or the medication just had the purpose of avoiding side effects after the procedure. It also seems that they corrected some small development disturbances in his prostate region that were fixed during the procedure.

Due to the language style in the responce, this probably happened in Germany, a country I know is heavily involved in ordeals of this kind.

I am a male. I was a school-aged child. The exam occured in Germany in the period 1970 - 1979, in western Europe. I was examined at school, taken to the exam by teacher. Doctor and teacher examined me, with other teacher too present.

They spread my cheeks and examined externally my rectal zone. They examined my rectum with an inserted finger. They inserted a speculum into my anus to examine it internally. They took specimens from my rectum or bowel with some tube-like instrument. They took some measurements inside my rectum or bowel with a long tube-like instrument. They looked in through my rectum with a rigid optical scope. They examined my rectum and terminal colon with a flexibal scope.


SYMPTOMS AND OBSERVATIONS

I had strange pain or irritation in my rectal zone and stomach as if my rectum or bowel had been secretly examined. I had strange irritation in my urethra and bladder zone as if this body part had been secretly examined.

They catheterized me without any good purrpse as I could see.

The purpose mentioned when I was called in, did not include the following things that happened:

Examination of the genital, urinary and rectal zones. Intimate exam by a strange person. Psychological test and social interrogation by a strange person.


COMMENT

This seems to be an examination of the physical and psychological development of the boy, combined with investigation of sexual habits or sexual relations. The reason for the exam was possibly that the boy showed early onset of puberty and that the school suspected that the boy had unapprovd sexual relations.

But the exam followed an internationally established protocol for examination of kids, which still is used worldwide in a more advanced form, used for surveillance and research on kids. It is therefore possible that they used the boy in an internationally coordinated surveillance project too.
