Boy 14yo, and Sister 12yo, abusive investigation by child protective agencies

It happened at school, in 1994 I'm a dude, I was 14 at the time. My sister was 12.

My sister and I were called up to the front office of the school. A man and a woman were there, saying they were investigating some suspicions about our parents, but they wouldn't elaborate. They took us into a room and asked us to take off all of our clothes. My sister objected strongly, but they said we needed to cooperate, and to think of it like gym class. I just went ahead and started taking my clothes off. I don't remember why, I just thought it would be okay and I might as well.

My sister's eyes were just glued to my body, I remember that. The man and woman insisted more firmly that she get naked too, and she finally did but slowly. They had us stand up with our arms out to the side, facing each other. They checked over every inch of our skin, then had us each sit down and spread our legs so they could observe there.

Then they just had us sit side by side and asked us a long list of questions. Have we seen each other naked before? we said yes. When? whenever it's hot or we're taking a shower. Have we seen our parents naked? Yes. Then they asked us to describe our parents' bodies in great detail. My sister was too shy to talk about Dad's junk, but I gave them a vague description.

They asked if we've seen our friends naked, we said no they're usually not comfortable with that. Would we like to? Yes. Do we masturbate? I said yes, my sister was very quiet.

They asked me to demonstrate, and I did. Right as I climaxed, my sister said very quietly that she uses a pillow, so she can't do it here. They asked other things like when did we start masturbating, when did my sister have her first period, when did my pubes grow in, etc. Then the principal opened the door slightly and said someting I couldn't hear well, so the man and woman told us to just stay in here for a moment while they discuss. They picked up our clothes and took them out of the room as they left, saying ""so you don't put these back on."" and then left us there for what felt like a long time. My sister hugged me close and said she was scared, and stayed clinging to me the whole time.

I told her it's fine, these people are just doing some kind of survey. I didn't know about child protective services or anything. The woman came back in carrying two towels and handed them to us, said we could go now. I asked about our clothes, she just said ""this is enough, but if you'd prefer you can just go without"" and I shut up.

Then our mom came to drive us home.

We had to walk through the school hallway just wrapped in towels. Nothing else ever came from that, so I guess they didn't suspect our parents, but I did spy kids walking through the hall in towels twice more that year, including one girl who was only given a short towel that wouldn't cover."

COMMENT

This was obviously agents from the child protective service that investigated if kids were subjected to sexual activities by parents or others or engaged in sexual activities by other kids or siblings.

It is common that these agencies inspect kids naked and test their reaction, but in this case their behavior and demands were extreme and possibly illegal as the law commonly is interpreted for te public. But these agancies seldome care for the wellbeing of the kids. What they care for is the control of the kids by the authorities of society. The reason they took their clothes was partly to test reactions, and partly to take specimens for analyses.
