These treatments definitively seem excessive for treating urinary or lower digestive system issues, and would give rise to complications such as UTIs. This would be more likely when parents are the ones inserting dilation rods or catheters into the urethra. Between frequent cystoscopy, catheters and other insertions, complications resulting in incontinence would be highly likely. I wonder if other kids in their class suddenly required diapers for an extended time after these exams.

I’m not even sure the frequent urinary and digestive insertions would actually boost sport performance, especially top level athletics, although may help the kids minimize body fat retained. This would not be good for the kids overall health.

I could well believe that some sort of parental sexual gratification is involved as it would result in considerable additional workload and care required by the parents. Why are they not complaining?
