I am a male. I was a teenager, year 2000 or after, in North America. I was examined in a health centre, taken there by a van. Several assistants examined me. Several assistants clerical witnesses were present.

OVERVIEW OF THE EXAMINATIONS

They examined my head, teeth or jaws. They did an orthopedic exam. They examined my genitals. They examined my rectal zone. They inserted instruments into my mouth. They inserted instruments into my rectal opening. They made interrogations about my social relations and my daily life. They took x-rays of the examined areas. I was totally naked.


THE ORDEAL STEP BY STEP

First asked a lot of questions. Then reasked same questions. After that told me to undress. They examined me all over. then witnesses suggested exams. They also took pictures. The exam ended this way: got dressed.

EXAMINATION OF HE GEMITALS AND URINARY SYSTEM

I do not remember exactly how they examined my urinary system, but they did something down there. They palpated my outar male genitals and testicles. They slid down my foreskin and spread my urinary opening.


ISPECTIONS THROUGH THE ANUS

They spread my cheeks and examined extarnally my rectal zone. They examined my rectum with an inserted finger. They looked in through my rectum with a rigid optical scope.



SOME OBSERVATIONS

The exam took a very long time.

Psychological or social counceling as follow up.


COMMENTS

THis looks like an assessment of the psychological, social, bodily and sexual development of the boy, and of his daily habits.

It seems that that teachers, social workers and leaders dealing with teens in this society write extensive catalog of the kid, and that kids wich do not perform to a strict standard set by the society go through such an exam, and possibly with treatments thereafter to correct what the society finds inappropriate.

The ispections through his anus was probably to find signs of sexual behavior and to assess his prostate region as part of the pubertal assessment. They probably took secretion samples from his urethra after having manipulated his prostate region.
