I do not have any more information. But I guess he had problems with his urination so that he had to rise several times each night to urinate and that he did not manage to empty his bladder properly in the morning. I think the catheter he had in his bladder during night got felt as a good support, and he got taken well care of. I do not know if the counseler or he himself inserted the catheter in the evening. Both is possible.
