We are offering rooms for calm and serious EC trainees, wanting to share a space in harmony, to bring good vibes and to respect each other and the house… and to have a wonderful time in our city!
Furnished house to share : 5 rooms available, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped big kitchen, living room, terrace and small garden, washing machine.
1 big room (550€ rent), 3 middle-sized rooms (500€ rent) and 1 small room (450€ rent)
+ 75€/month provision for charges including Internet – 1 month-deposit
5 months-agreement : 1st October 2019 – 29th February 2020
Location : 10’ walking to metro station Merode, 10-15’ walking to Montgomery (metro, trams, buses), 20’ walking to Schuman (metro, train), near rue des Tongres and Cliniques de l’Europe St-Michel, bus 61, shops and supermarkets nearby, quiet and familial neigbourhood.
Visits will be held on Saturday 28th Sept - Sunday 29th Sept – Monday 30th Sept.
