Congratulations, friend
I knew u could do it!!!
It's great to have our messageboard back!!!
Penny, sorry for not writing for so long, but u know how it is....
I just wanted to give u one advice about coming off:
Never stop from 37.5mg!!!
Give your body and brain at least 6 weeks to adjust between doses now. I know it sounds terribly long, but u will see the withdrawal is not as bad. I know, I am there at the moment. Still on a minute "cube" of the 37.5
If there is such a thing, I would get the slow release capsules when u are tapering from 37.5 (too late for me though)
they are easier to handle, the stupid pills turn into powder if u cut them.

Looking forward to hearing from all of u soon!!

Lilly

Thanks Lilly - think I will stay on the 37.5 for six weeks... anything to avoid something really horrible... and it makes sense to allow my drugged brain lots of time to de-loop itself.
Will keep y'all posted..
Penny
