This unit is for rent. We have just upgraded the unit with a new Dining room set, new Queen size bed in the Master bedroom, new Washing machine, new Living room/Master BR curtains, aircondition units have been cleaned and reconditioned, additional decorative Cabinet in the living room.

We are renting this unit for 50 thousand Php a month including (1) parking space, inclussive of Maintenance fee, and are open for negotiation.
