Sir,

•Lessor and Lessee execute, sign and initiate the Deed of Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract agreement.

•Within three (03) banking days, the lessor will issue Stand-By Letter of Credit (BG/SBLC) with Euro clear access code , ISIN and Common Code to enable Lessee verify the BG/SBLC.

•Within three (03) banking days Lessee will arrange to transfer 10,000 into Lessor Funding Bank Account Detail for Cost to Validate BG/SBLC before Swift MT199/799.

• within three (03) working days after receiving Euro 10,000 ,Lessor’s bank will issue RWA which is a definition of ability to issue and deliver BG/SBLC in to lessee nominated bank account

Within three 3 bank days after receiving RWA by NT199/799 Lessee will transfer Euro 75,000 for Call Option, Stock Testing fee and transmission charges to issue full value cash back BG/SBLC with Euro clear access code and send via MT760 (ICC600 or latest version ) to the Lessee’s bank. { Bank to Bank Swift }

• After receiving and verifying that MT760 (ICC600 or latest version), the Lessee’s bank will release Payment of lease cost and commission by MT103 of 6+2.
