Our funder gives you results in any country of the world and for any type of funding requirement up to $500mm, and receive your funding in a maximum of four to six weeks. Any type funding project will be considered and approved subject to background approval of the principals and evaluation of the project, We fund all real estate purchase and construction projects, acquisition and development of above and in ground mining projects, and start up business projects.

Our lending programs can be used for: Purchase of Real Estate, New Construction and any legitimate business purpose including new business start ups
Our programs are funded by having Bank Guarantees issued from $50MM up to $500MM each, for our clients. drawn on
top 5 world banks. Our Bank Guarantees are NOT LEASED. leased bank Guarantees are not legal today and banks will not accept them. The client deposits two percent in escrow with their attorney for a period of 17 to 21 days which is the normal amount of time it normally takes to have a Bank Guarantee issued, then the two per-cent deposit is returned to the client
After the Bank Guarantee is issued and received from the provider of Bank Guarantees that are client has contracts to have Bank Guarantees monetized, and have your client receive funding
Once the Bank Guarantee is Our Provider then places the Bank Guarantee with selected Investment Bankers in the United States or European Financial Institutions, that the Provider has contracts or partnerships with and then the Bank Guarantee will then be Monetized up to $500MM and then the client is made a loan for his project from the proceeds of the monetization of the Bank Guarantee. This program is for customers with funding needs of $50MM to $ One Billion.
NOTE: We have a smaller funding program through Private investors in Switzerland that will loan between $1MM and $10MM to each client.
Our funders have funded projects world wide including: two one billion dollar fundings in India, Africa (Ghanna, Togo) Russia, Switzerland and other countries
Our programs are outstanding for both new construction and purchase of real estate for business purposes, not residential buyers. We fund mining ventures, start up and almost any type of business, including real estate purchase and new construction. All our programs are fully insured so the majority of loan requests are completed. We are able to fund in certain
situations on a Non Recourse basis, so should the venture or project fail there will be no personal liability to your self or your partners.
NOTE: THE PRINCIPALS REQUESTING FUNDING MUST BE PERSONALLY INTERVIEWED BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FUNDER AND AN APPLICATION AND PROOF OF REQUIRED FUNDS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR THE FUNDING REQUEST TO BE CONSIDERED.
