EURO PROVIDER LOOKING A DIRECT/AUTHORIZED USD PROVDER...URGENT REQUIREMENT

1.USD Providers for our Euro Providers for B2B or L2L
a.Total Minimum Contract amount should be $50B with R&E
b.Discount should be 15%/10% and it should be in favour of Euro Providers
c.USD Provider should move first
2.Sender for DTC, S2S and Web link deals
