I just looked back on all my information on Andrew Clement. According to my records, he would be too old to wrestle under the rules. Isn't he 20 years old now?

He can't be 20. He wrestled at Cadet Nationals in 2005. That year the birth years for Cadets were 1989 and 1990 meaning he can be no older than 19.

He is eligible as long as he had not turned 19 prior to August 1 of 2008.

Would be great news if Andrew is indeed back. The kid is a talent and very fun to watch particularly when he is on top. Grassfield would be a great match too as Small has developed a ton of talent in those bigger weight classes over the years.

I beleive he is 18 with a birthday coming up soon

He always wrestled up an age and weight class, at least ever since I've known him. I am just glad to see he seems to have his priorities back in order . . .congrats to Andrew. Also I have read that since he stepped off the mat he has been on another mat, the MMA mat!!! I read on MySpace that he is undefeated. I would think that would help with toughness, speed and strength. So if he is indeed 18 turning 19 that would be no different that any of the other Great Bridge hold backs of the past or Dozier or Fasion, etc . . . . so getting an education is what it should be about.
