Could this help? I have had great success with the programs that I use but think you may be able to solve your problem without the downloads. When you find a virus it is good to run your protection software again. Often the virus is layered so deleting the one prompts another to start. I would suggest running your protection software until it comes up clean. If this does not help, your software should be able to tell you the location of the virus and with that info we can go directly to the file in safe mode and delete it.
