Some movie news......

Survivor (TV SHOW): Get set for what is set to be one of the most unusual game shows ever to hit the screen, a sort of "Lord of the Flies" dash for cash. CBS is behind this show entitled "Survivors" which will take 16 contestants and strand them on a deserted island off the Borneo coast in the South China Sea. The group will need each other to survive, but only one will walk away with the one million dollar cash prize given to the last contestant left on the island. Every three days the group will vote to expel a member (thus ensuring each 'game' lasts only seven weeks compressed into 13 episodes). When it comes down to the final two left, those most recently kicked off will vote on the winner.

Batman: The Joker's Revenge: Dark Justice reports that Warner Brothers has passed on "The Joker's Revenge" script that was in contention for a fifth "Batman" movie, rejecting it in favor of a "different direction". Whatever that direction is remains unknown as the project is still pretty much lifeless at the moment.
