What makes me so mad at directors who allow their staff to do this is that it makes the contestants think the only way to place or win is to put your head so far up the directors butt that if they make a quick turn it will break the contestants neck.

However if the "staff" is willing to help any and every contestant that comes to them with help than at least they are helping anyone who wants the help.
