 I don't guess I'll comment on the flag thing.

But as per the pennants, etc, they're leaving them up.
I knew they would, and I'm really disappointed. It's just the character of this region to grip so tightly to everything that's already happened.
That's obvious in the posts about the Booster Club and the fact that people are actually recommending "Seawolves" as the new team name. (Not to mention the current state flag.)
Guys, things change. The beauty - or potential beauty, as it may be - of being so human, is an unmatchable ability to adapt.
Those pennants are meant to hang over the ice of the team that won them. And now they're going to just hang up there in honour of some past team who once was great here.
A clean break heals faster.
My guess is that they keep the same colour scheme, too.
I think the fact that this is all new, not edited, is being lost on a lot of people.
I also think that the 'masses' are forgetting that there are legal reasons for a lot of this.
