Subject: (John) Bryan Robinson ?

Hey everybody! Not much jumpin'these days, I guess. We're up here on the mountain trying to recover from a very wet Spring. 50" of snow and then two 1"+ rainfalls. Finally have all the cool-weather stuff in the garden and it is doing great. Bumper crop of lilacs blooms about to reveal themselves! Can't wait...
So, has anyone been able to communicate with Bryan Robinson after his mom's funeral? I've left phone messages for him every few days with no reply. For quite a while we were inseparable. Lots of memories of ditching school to listen to music at his house and cruise around in his old Renault Dauphine. One time the District Nurse came looking for us because noone answered the phone. We hid in a back closet until she left. His parents were NOT amused.
Anyway, hello to all and Happy Springtime.

Hi Fran, I went to Bryan's mother's funeral. He didn't know me which didn't surprise me at all due to my weight and just getting old. Once he did, he was glad to see me though. He invited me to sit with him at the restaurant where they held a little get-together after the funeral. We had a nice visit although it was a sad time for him. His dad died in 1991. His sister Anne has 18 grandchildren!! Bryan married again but only briefly. He isn't married at the moment. He lives in PA and is still working as a Chef on the tugboats.

Peter is enjoying being a grandfather to 3 year old Zak.

I guess I'll be seeing you soon at Betsy's wedding.I went to her bridal shower a couple of weeks ago.

Keep in touch.

Marilyn "Moe"
