*she walks to her room, everything feeling lonely around her, and crawls into bed. Dem snugs under the sheets and licks her face, trying to comfort her. she pulls the tiny canine body against hers, begging for its warmth.. and soon she fell asleep.. dreaming of when Cal and Ky would come home..*

"That is the LAST time I let you fly me back here!" came Darian's angry shout. A light, musical laugh followed, and Darian stormed into the cottage, a long, brown tail sticking out behind him. In the yard, Kylara and Caladia were laughing, leaning up against a tree to keep from falling over. Caladia had her wings fully unfurled, after just having dropped Darian and Kylara off at the cottage. Ky was about to collapse, she was laughing so hard.

"I told him not to touch that plant, and what did he do!? he touched it, just like the stubborn bakayarro he is!" Ky laughed. Cal just nodded.
