Either create the Assistant TCRG position (or some other new cert, akin to the TMRF), or rework the exam. Or both.

If you have to repeat the dancing portions for the actual TCRG exam, grade exams just feel frustrating. Make them more worthwhile if we're paying so much and have to take so many years to complete them. Especially if you had to come out of retirement and find a teacher (still annoying they couldn't grandfather in people who had competed in the years and decades before 2018, but CLRG needs money...).
