 Wearing a previous dress is fine. The judges don't know if you have worn them before. Unless you have gotten comments that the dress doesn't suit your daughter, you are just fine. Yes you can use the same patriotic wear as well. Don't go out spending a ton of money on new clothes. Use what you have.
