In 2005, an airplane fell in the sea of Sicily, killing 16 people, the others escaped from the accident taking pieces on the sea of the airplane and rising on them. The accident was caused because some problems with the fuel’s measurer occurred. When the tunisian pilot saw that they will fall he was in panic and instead of take security measures, he started to pray in a high voice and opted to land in the sea instead of look for a nearby airport. He was sentenced to 10 years in jail by an Italian court.
