What does it matter if they were registered or not. It was a fundraiser anyway. Call me stupid but I don't get your point in all that plus the pageant is over why make a big deal about it now? Shouldn't you have brought this up before not after the fact. Atleast brought it to the director of the pageant. Why does the government care about a fundraiser pageant? All the messed up crap going on in the world I can't see why they would be lookin at pageants anyway. I just don't get it

It has been a law for years that all pgeants must be registered with the state of TN. Some directors have just though they were above the law and did not get bonded and registeed. Now the state is looking into all beauty pageants. -- Even fundraisers must register with the state. If one director has to get all this done then they all should., 04/21/09 7:00pm

        That is not the point. TN state law is you must be bonded and registered with the state to hold a pageant of any kind. (NT) -- This year they are inforceing the law., 04/24/09 9:56am
