Miss Russia and Miss Slovak Republic was voted as the most favorite candidates for Miss Universe 2009 in batch 8. They have the same % of votes of 33%. This is the first time that 2 candidate is being tie as favorite. No wonder that these 2 lovely ladies will be among the favorites when Miss Universe happened in the Island of Bahamas this coming August 23, 2009.
