Let me provide you with some information to help you understand the opportunity.

A fifteen year humanitarian institute has received an offer from one of the wealthiest family trusts in the world to provide funding for them to continue their work. The family has several slots of four billion ($4B) available.

The institute is a 501 (C3) that has among other things: a UN number, Fed ID number, clearance from several government agencies and lender approval. The institute has letters from several people from Congress and has a spotless reputation.

The trust, who is willing to provide the money on a loan basis, has set up procedures to obtain the loan to help the institute obtain funding to further and continue its work not only in America but in several countries around the world. Neither the lender nor the borrower want their names and contact information scattered all over the planet.

The lender has asked the institute to obtain a simple letter from one or more banks stating that the bank has the capability of:

1) receiving funds in the amount of at least $4B;

2) fulfilling the institute's need to repay the lender two and one-half percent (2 1/2%) each year for six years;

3) paying one half of one percent (0.5%) in bank and other fees and another fee to the lender for setting up the transaction;

4) providing a platform or trader that can take $1B of the $4B and placing such funds into a trade to cover all necessary costs including the 2 1/2% each year as interest on the loan.

Once a letter is generated by the bank, which letter does not bind the bank but simply confirms the bank's capability as set forth above, a complete Compliance Package is sent to the bank for the bank's review. The Compliance Package contains information pertaining to the origin of the funds, Homeland Security clearances and all pertinent information on the family/trust that is providing the loan. Bank of America approved the Compliance Package in four hours after receiving the Compliance Package.

Any acceptable bank that has written the letter (in the prescribed format) will receive from the family trust the Compliance Package within forty-eight (48) of receiving the letter from the bank. The bank will then determine if they wish to move forward to open an account in the name of the institute.

One of the principals of the institute is available to discuss the participation of all those involved once he is assured that the bank letter can and will be produced. Please be advised that the family trust is looking for banks that are large enough to handle a transaction of this size and are willing to issue the letter in the prescribed format.

Must have a letter from bank with full banking responsibility or JV Bank guarantee.
