First off, I know that by now your inquiry has been more than taken care of by one of our representatives however, just to expand on clarification: That is correct Kristina. We will always respond immediately to all emails pertaining to active clientele and recently dispatched orders but may not always immediately respond to a new customer's first inquiry with us due to various reasons the first and main reason being that we want to provide customers with thorough and detailed information regarding the products that are of interest to them. If we are temporarily short staffed or completely backed up with order processing then we will most definitely tell all staff to cease new customer emailed inquiry responses and drop any and all new business emails until we are caught up with our current order load. To put it as plainly and simply as possible: We have to make sure the paying customers that are waiting on deliveries, tracking numbers etc. are completely taken care of and that all packages are dispatched, all tracking numbers sent to the customers and so on before we can take on any new emails from individuals looking to place their very first order.

Obviously, you can understand that operating in this manor is best for everybody involved, particularly the customer. We do realize however the importance of getting an immediate response to your emailed inquiry which is why you will rarely, if ever at all, be unable to get a response from us.
