2 10 Ounce packages of Chopped Frozen Spinach, defrost and drain well. 1/2 Cup of chopped green onions (scallions). 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 package of Knorr's Leek Soup Mix. 1 container (I think it is 10 ounces) of Sour Cream. 1 cup of mayonaise. Mix together and refirdegerate for at least 5 hours. Cut out a bread bowl and serve inside. This is an awesome dip.
