 Tiki Java congratulates Samantha Iha-Preece, Miss Hawaii World for 2015.
Samantha will compete with delegates from around the nation on July 3rd in Washington, D.C. for the title of Miss World America and the opportunity to represent the United States at the Miss World Pageant.
