She took hers to a jeweler and they did not quote her near what they paid for it. They paid $14,000 for it and the jeweler would only give her an instore credit and it was only $3,000. She asked about just the gold and he only gave her $99 cash or $198 instore credit. She had me quote her just for the gold and we quoted $248 for just the gold. Of course, she didn't want to sell just the gold, but she was curious. I told her that I thought that the best bet was to sell in on Craig's List or Ebay. But Ebay fees are so high right now.
