I am happy for that to be from the time they were notified by email that it was their pick from the coach who made the previous selection.

I think a 'sleeper' function on the timer is important too - say time pauses between 10pm and 8am?

The question is how many hours? I think 8 hours or 12 hours maximum are both reasonable - generally everybody is pretty good and most picks will be done in 8 or 12 minutes!

Sending a list of 2-3 players to one or two coaches is a good idea too, BUT if you know you are going to be picking in the allocated time frame anyway, and you are not sure what you want to do, then there really is no rush.

Sometimes coaches actually have *real life* to do, as frustrating and annoying as that might be to others at draft time. That is important to keep in mind..

.. and I say that as somebody who gets as antsy as anybody while waiting for their picks!
