I am not a fan of priority picks for incoming coaches - if they have less than three wins they get the priority pick at the draft and early draft picks in general. Unlimited access to the FA list is another 'advantage' they get.

I don't think we should have a rule about future picks, but if a coach is worried about a potential incoming coach not having good resources, than maybe they should vote to keep future pick trading restrictions in place.
