Subject: Can this be simplified, rationalised??

Why the VOTE is so important, is that it condenses all your opinion down to one word YES or NO.

All these discussions over the past week, was done to TRY to get everyone on the same page. There has been some backlash to my explanation of what I and two - three other coaches have issue with and what has happened.

Initially, there had been some oversight. Some small discussions that seen rules or the way we do things bought in. No big deal if that is all understood.

I think we can all agree, we bring things into this game by a vote only. No one has denies that fact in any conversation I have had.

After 3 days of the vote bought up, should we do Votes only in off season. I think it is looking like the coaches think generally No. That may swing, but that vote should be cut off this afternoon, and concluded. Hopefully that we can bring votes to the table at any time, for reasons I have done to death.

This decision is a big one for me personally, and will partly determine what I do next year. If any coach sees something that is wrong with the comp, they should be able to voice it when front of mind. Can be postponed due to the nature of question and the interruption it will cause, OR can be decided anytime.

I have been disappointed with 2 or 3 coaches, and the way they have gone about things at times. They are no doubt disappointed with the way I have went about things.

Hopefully if the vote is concluded that we can Vote any time, then the next vote I will be putting up is the Balance Rules, and how they are being policed. There is no secret to that. But all I boil down to is one singular YES or NO vote.

This one matters to me to. Coaches run sides in Superleague. Rules are there to limit what you can and can't do. No locked pages apart from the rule page. If Balance Sheet is locked, I won't be using it. I will use my own page. If I am penalized when the AFL heatmaps suggest I am correct in where I put my player, I leave effectively immediately.

That is pretty much it, in a nutshell.
