Subject: Vote 4: Should FREE AGENTS be open for new coaches

This outcome will go into the rule books for scenarios:

1) where a new coach joins.
2) where multiple new coaches join (and we have a mini draft)

Should Free Agent list be available to new coaches when they begin?
1) single new coach gets 50 man squad + access to FRee Agent to create their new 50 man squad
2) multiple new coaches complete mini draft with free agents included

Option A) Yes, allow Free Agents to be available to new coaches

Option B) No, free Agents only available at SL official drafts (MSD/PSD/ND), new coaches get access to existing team players only.
