Subject: I don't seem to deal with things correctly

I have a way to me that pushes peoples buttons sometimes. I like to analyze things to make sense of what doesn't sit right with me. Sometimes the things I say make perfect sense in my head, and when those points are ignored, I don't word things correctly when I respond.

I feel I am just asking for clarity, and for the systems "I thought" made perfect sense and were already a part of our game to be adhered to. But they aren't.

I feel that comes out with everyone shying away from the discussion. Everyone not wanting to get involved in the argument is counteractive.

I want the discussion to be civil, friendly and dealt with cleanly and with understanding, and I am not great in that aspect, so I stepped away from being a mod.

Similarly to a supervisors job and my current employment. Sometimes customers are real arseholes, and I find it hard to smile and say "Sorry about that sir maddam" when I'm not sorry. I don't lie well. If I am annoyed I show it. Wear my heart on my sleeve. That's why I can say to customers, see the Supervisor or manager.

Same with mods, I want the mods or coaches in charge of certain areas of this game to be measured. To be all over the systems of that area of the game. This is why it is imperative that we spread the load so these things are not too big on any one individual.

Thank you and Ian for your kind words. It really helps. Perhaps this lockdown has made me a little more touchy than I am normally. Down to two shifts again, or 20 hours, and the problem is getting bigger.
