I should've realized that my claim that the rules are being administered harshly would create angst with those who put a lot of work into it to have it go smoothly. You do a good job.

In saying that, it can be done better, but I don't want that comment to be a slight on you or any of the mods. I just think it is too much work for too few.

If almost all coaches took to a task, I think that task would be done more effectively. I would love to say, Hey, I don't think the ladder is right, I go to the coach in charge of that, or another coach fields questions on Fixture. Another one is in charge of all the rules on the Sheets, and heads the discussion on Rule changes on Voy, and takes change of Voted on them, and emails sent to make sure everyone votes for changes.

At times, I have felt I needed to ask a question, but apart from knowing I needed to ask Mods, I never really felt that any one person was the master of the task.

I feel that we are in a better situation than the last time I felt like walking away from this game. It has in the main part been going well. Last time was a lot more infighting. I just felt we were going down that track again, and if that is true, I would rather leave you all to it.

Perhaps I am over reacting. But in saying that, I think the systems need a tweak to have things run better as mentioned.
