Subject: VOTE: DRAFT STRUCTURE PROPOSAL

Just a proposal to give an example of the Structure to Vote Structures I propose we use going forward.

Draft Structure Proposal:
Should we Straddle the Trade Period? Midseason Draft as an example, we had one week prior to the Draft to do trades. I propose that we have the same period, but have 4 days Prior and 3 days after.

This way, coaches can select players they feel best at the time of the draft, and correct the balance issues that may cause after the draft.

Balance might not be just positional, it might be that you have no representative for a particular club after the draft, as at the time of your pick, the club you wanted to cover in the draft, might not have a suitable option for you to pick. Trades lead to this prior to Draft, but can be remedied after it.
