Subject: Future of Oxen

Over the last year or so my work requirements have been ramping up and it has been making it more difficult to keep the side going. I have been asking more and more for D9's son, Slade, to help me out more and more so I have decided to stand down as coach of the Oxen and appoint Slade to be the new coach as he has been doing it all for me a lot of the time anyway.

I really enjoyed being in this competition but as I'm sure you can all understand work takes priority. As some of you may be aware, Slade was the coach of the Wedgies back in the old comp so he is no stranger to running a Superleague side but he is now more mature and has a way better understanding of the game, in some cases even more knowledge of the game than myself.

I hope this change is ok by all the rest of the coaches and mods. If it isn't I am happy to continue as coach but I may be more unresponsive or continue to allocate more tasks to maintain my side to others.
