The Rams best describes this trade period as warming the oven.

With both players I wanted (Simpson and McLean) being there at 2, I took McLean. Not because of a need basis, but to develop while Cameron, Lobb, Sinclair Warm the oven while he grows. Our average KPP age is mid-late 20s.

Wanted Hird for our second pick, but after he was snatched by Stags we took Joel Garner. Was touted top 40 in the ND when he was taken but like his tenacity and hope he gets a crack. Contracted till 2021.
