But here is the thing. There are 12 other coaches, all with roughly the same amount of talls. Shop around, sent out a few emails, make a few enquiries... and at the end of the day if your value judgements do not align, both coaches SHOULD be happy as they get to keep what they value most.

My last comment on this. Josh Walker. He was the last selection in the PSD, actually picked up after the draft finishes due to a list oversight. So ALL clubs passed on him in TWO drafts, a mature reasonable AFL player, who had moved to a new AFL club with every chance of getting good game time. Why? If a coach was concerned about their lack of playing KPP why wouldn't you pick him up? It happens every year. "There are not enough KPP" yet they keep getting picked up in the 2nd half of the draft or left sitting on the FA list.
