Edward George Mahler passed away March 29 2021 at the age of 79. He died peacefully at home in Henderson with his wife by his side. Edward, also known as "Fast Eddie", in the entertainment industry, worked as a sound Engineer for Movies, Television, and Stage. He served for 6 years in the Army National Guard and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant. Eddie loved fishing, poker, pool, and travel. He is survived by his wife, Alora, two daughters, Angelique Barton and Janine Winslow, Six grandchildren: Patrick Mahler, Cassandra Pikyavit, James Wilson, Winter Barton, Griffin Barton, Snow Barton, and Victoria Winslow, Six great grandchildren: Trenity Mahler, Collete Mahler, Mordecai Pikyavit, Xander Pikyavit, Lilith Pikyavit, and Rowen Pikyavit, and his brother Louis Mahler and sister Lucy Mahler. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic on Boulder Hwy in Henderson April 28 2021 at 10:00am.
