Subject: ADMIN NOTE: It’s been a long time in coming, and until recently it’s been a fun run -but I’m done. The troll has won.…After months of defending the board for positive contributions for countless true contributors over the years -a fun outlet for many, has now morphed into a sad, childish playground for one. What used to be weekly annoyances, became daily, now hourly trolling, which I regularly deleted w/o acknowledgement, for some time now. So, as of May 1, 2021 I’m folding “Barbara’s Obits & Memorials” after a decade, started after Barbara’s death, when no one else stepped up. After a decade of thousands of collective obits and bio honors, and more importantly personal memories by many to the board, I reluctantly bow out. “Barbara’s Obits & Memorials” has now become unrecognizable due to the sad, pathetic, and lonely mind of one individual who spends days/nights sabotaging what we’ve built -an otherwise globally respected source of notable passings. But unlike death, life goes on.

This is not an impulse decision, nor hatred for this troll. I kind of feel sorry for its seemingly small, and sad meaningless existence it's displayed.
No, it's that everything has its reason and its season. So after years of combating childish, negative energy, that's now outweighed the overwhelming
positive experience that countless have built with intelligent information, I'm forging forward to more challenging ventures.
Others will possibly build a new Voy forum, or choose another social media to continue, but it will be without me. So after this day, “theChronicler” or “Chron”
will be retired -NOT used by this contributor again. And lastly, if ANYTHING comes up “Barbara’s Obits & Memorials”, other than this board, it is not connected to me.
