The viral sensation from India was 16 years old. The cause of death is still unconfirmed, but India Today is reporting that Kakkar died by suicide on June 25 in New Delhi. The Post’s request for comment from her management team was not immediately returned. However, the teen web star’s talent agent, Arjun Sarin, posted the following memorial Thursday on Instagram with the caption, “No more words. You will always be the best artist. Rest In Peace @siya_kakkar.” Kakkar’s last TikTok video, posted Wednesday and featuring her signature Bollywood brand of singing and dancing, has garnered 18.3 million views as of Friday afternoon. Viral Bhayani, a fashion photographer based in Mumbai, India, also posted about her death Thursday on social media, claiming he confirmed Kakkar’s death with her team. “Before publishing this I spoke to her talent management agency head Arjun Sarin who just spoke to her last night for a song collaboration and he says she was in a good mood and perfectly alright.
