I've been taking loads of soy milk. Can notice some results already. For example, I've been having more and more difficulties to lift the water gallon at home. Furthermore, I've canceled my membership in the gym, so I quit the weightlifting. Joined a running group and I'm just doing cardio to keep me healthy. Btw, I'm 6 182lbs, wanna reduce my weight, yeah, but I still don't know where it'd be recommended to stop the losing process. Although my size, my waist measures less than 31" (around 30.5", I guess).
Oh I'm 29 yo, from a brazilian small town. Found this forum recently and I'm glad to see that there are more people around the world, men and women, that are strongly into the women's empowerment cause. It's a pity that in my country he sexist man-oriented culture remains deeply in the general people consciousness. For example, even physically stronger women accept to keep a less muscular shape just to please their much bigger boyfriends, since they believe that's their role. "A Wonder Woman needs a Beast", they say...pfff, pathetic, isn't? A "Wonder Woman" needs no one but her own self, her own decision, her own consciouness. That's precisely the reason why that "Wonder Woman" would be so admirable...and should be admired. :)
Peace!
