As I explained before, mere similarities do not uniquely imply evolution. (You have yet to reply on that matter when we discussed this earlier, so if you want to debate this we can go to that thread.)

That's not quite accurate. Our immune system adapts to the environment, but no genes evolve in the process. (BTW, antibodies don't actually destroy the virus.)

Be cautious about making extreme claims. I admit that there is evidence for both theism and atheism. One category of evidence for theism is its explanatory power. For example, nature consistently operating in mathematical patterns might be expected if a rationally orderly God created the universe, whereas there is no a priori reason to expect that from atheism.
