I suspect the poster who posted this was a drive-by, but nonetheless he/she demonstrates another one of the main elements of Christian persuasion--that being general paranoia.
Not only do Christians have to worry about Satan tricking them, they have to worry about anti-christs tricking them, and demons tricking them. To make matters worse, all of these things that are trying to trick them are super-human in their skills and trickery. Now and then, if need be Satan can sound like God because he's just that good at tricking people. What's a poor Christian to do? How do they know they've got God on the line and not Satan?
All of this contributes to the over-arching scare tactics that generally lead to hell, and serve to instill into christians a sense of anxiety and paranoia so as to insure they don't leave their belief and stay well harnassed by whatever church they are tetherd to.
