..... What have you been plotting? {LAUGHS} At different times and at different places people had different (apparent only?) solutions to their many problems. And after religions were created many changes were made to them over time. Some (many?) split up into different parts just like a tree has branches, with each branch having different leafs, etc.
..... Many people have found from their own experience that nevertheless there is SOMETHING or SOMEBODY (=God, or whatever other name) out there that has helped them when no other help was available, and they (maybe quietly, maybe on an "underground" basis only?) reject many or even most of the "explanations" and dogmas of their local majority's religion/belief system's clergy, who may very likely think that THEY have ALL the answers.
