In reply to: PAUL. 's message, "Your right DON,but a lot of christians are told by their Church not to listen to JWs." on 11/10/01 9:22pm

Paul

I would have no way of knowing what Biff believes. If anyone says --do not talk to JW--
they are of the devil--- then I say let them eat s __. You have my point. How do I know
where a truth will show up and with my belief system I can not afford to cut off any
avenue or sources. All knowledge is good and I have no reason to fear it. I think others
have that same idea ---I think that Biff may have much respect also for other people but I
am not him. He seems OK to me---He is OK--- if he would just agree more with my
ideas, he could use them. In fun Biff.

I do not have a problem with Pentecostals, I believed in the gifts of the Spirit at one time.
Prophecy, healing, tongues, interpretation, and a few other thrown in on the side. But that
was long ago. As far as being born again---Not in the bible sorry about that

1 John 3

9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he
cannot sin, because he is born of God.

This makes it plain that if a person has sin the same is not born of God.
If you ever reach that realm of perfection of --NO sin-- then you can claim to be born of
God. It is an event to happen, that will happen, IF you stay on the right road--the road to
God. Speed is not important as long as you just keep moving forward. In one respect all
that Jesus did was prove it could be done.. Religious doctrine ....what am I to do with it.

What is God, what is speed, what is the right road, what is the bible, what is “seed”, what
is being “born again”, what is perfection, what is sin, Damn if I know. A few ideas
hardly constitutes any proficiency.
