Did you see that movie Titanic? Man, that was a killer film. (get it? killer?) It was historically correct on all points of major significance. Why in 2000 years, the details it was wrong on may not even matter. Nonetheless, I hope people wouldn't be so gullible as to think Jack and Rose actually existed on the Titanic as they were portrayed. Something can be historically accurate (at least in some regards) and not be totally historically true.

Yes, the Bible does cover a lot of history that seems to have happened, but then again, it makes a lot of claims that lack any substantial historical evidence. (e.g. whatever happened to the paper trail in egypt of the exodous? They just didn't notice? Why aren't there actual paintings or statues of Jesus, a man who raised the dead?) I don't buy it.
