I would argue that you brought in the idea of conventional law to govern this "nature-like" anology. You ask, "Is that justice?" But justice from what point of view? That this person with the bread will now die?

What do you think about the appeal to a natural law, above a civil law, to justify the murder of abortion clinic workers/doctors?
