Subject: "Nissan now accepting orders for Leaf" (IF,....)

What this article....

http://green.autoblog.com/2010/09/01/nissan-now-accepting-orders-for-leaf-thousands-expected-in-comi/

...fails to mention, is that it only applies IF you live in one of the handful of states for whome Nissan DIDN'T push back delivery dates by a year.

It sounds so good, doesn't it? "Nissan now accepting orders for Leaf"

I don't get what this means, though,...

"Nissan has now tallied more than 18,600 pre-orders for the Leaf and is drawing ever so close to its targeted 25,000 reservations by December."

Is that 18k just in the Chosen States? Or is that nationwide?
