It's really the DRIVER that you're insuring. You're insuring against harm the driver might do to others, and to a lesser extent, damage to the car itself. There are never any million dollar lawsuits because someone's car got totaled. It's bodily injury, or say damage to someone's business.
So unless there is something weird about the harm this car could cause, or something dangerous about the demographics of the people who drive them- they should be the same as for any other automobile, more or less.
